have you ever tried Recipator at HBD? Try: www.hbd.org/recipator (and let me know if that's wrong. I've been drinking 2x IPA much of this afternoon so...)

It's free. It's customizable (once you figure out the curve). It's easy. And I have won a couple of first place comps. with it. Basically it let's you use what you already know about brewing and tweak it. It rocks.
