Any comments about using 1 step no rinse cleanser? Does it cause any harm to the beer?

No harm to the beer. Don't even need to rinse. Pretty cool, eh? Much better than bleach or alcohol. I even sanitize bottle caps with it.

1 Step is good stuff, but I like Star-San/Sani-Clean a little better because it works faster.

What you mean by faster? it works with a two minute contact time, so all you have to do is wet it, and walk away. it will be sanitized before it evaporates... works great for bottles, dunk a bottle, pour it out, and move on to the next one...
