This may fit under the extreme beer category, but i need help. Almost three years ago I was at the "Great Taste of The Mid-West" beer tasting and sampled a "Triple Pepper Ale" I don't remember where it was from. All i remember is that it had three kinds of peppers in it. Jalapenos, Hablaneros, and another one. It was wonderfully crisp and refreshing with a slight peppery aftertaste.

This would make a great summer beer if it wern't for one small problem. I don't have a recipe. If there is anyone who knows of the beer I'm talking about, or has a pepper beer that they reccommend, let me know.

Thanks

i've sorta had an idea in my head about making a peppercorn stout.. a nice, dark, roasty-toasty stout, but then dry hop it, or maybe add at the end of the boil, a bunch of peppercorns.

came up with the idea while having one of my stouts with a roasted peppercorn pork. i really like the stout/pepper taste!!

that doesn't answer your question at all. sorry. :D

I recently had a cave creak Chili Beer. Ithad a Chili pepper soaking in the beer bottle. It had an awsome crisp taste to it. I think they just made a light brew and just added the pepper before capping.

Here is the website to check out the bottle.
