Hi. I am looking for a recipe on reproducing the "Fraoch" heather ale tipple.

Any authentic heather ale recipe would be appreciated.

I also need a supplier in North America, preferrably Canada of the heather.

If this has been recently discussed or archived I am sorry to new post this but the search function won't work for me (Firefox browser, Windows XP).

Not sure why the search function is not working for you as I am running FF and XP and it is GTG. What kind of error is the search giving you?

As for a recipe, I did not see one in the archives although it has been discussed. You might have better luck looking for something on the Cat's Meow or other recipe sites.
