I know, it's not beer, but I had to ask those who just might know if it's possible:
Has anyone been able to make bottle conditioned soda pop? Someone was asking me if you'd be able to make a root beer that had the same mouthfeel and creamy head as a Guinness. Root beer (and it's brethren, Birch beer and Sarsasparilla) has always had too much of a porous head for me, and for some reason it's a little unappetizing. I tried to make sugarfree strawberry soda for a friend 13 years ago with very poor results. Any thoughts? Thanks!
