Does anybody know of a good suplier that is easy to work with, and returns your emails. I can't seem to find anybody that seems like they realy want to do buisness.
Are you looking for ingredients or equipment or both?

There's always online suppliers - I started ordering most ingredients online because there's a bigger selection and since they sell more, the stock is generally fresher.

we've named names of good suppliers plenty of times before, the good ones vastly outnumber the poor ones. Since you're in ND, both Northern Brewer (www.northernbrewer.com) and Midwest Supplies (www.midwestsupplies.com) should only be two days for ground shipments, which would be a greater concern for me, especially with summer coming upon us... I've had very good luck with both places, albeit I'm a local shopper, not so much online...

I have ordered form Midwest with great results. as far as email responses, I do know they recently started a forum similar,(but not as wonderful) as this.

I've always gotten great response and service from Austin Homebrew Supply (http://austinhomebrew.com/) - I've called the 800 number a couple times and they were very pleasant to deal with. I've also ordered from William's Brewing (http://williamsbrewing.com/) with great success.
