How does everyone here clean & sanitize there equipment? Was thinking of getting a utility sink or maybe a stainless steel commercial kitchen-grade sink and teeing into the hot and cold water lines in the garage. Just curious to see what everyone else is doing....

I clean and sanitize my sink bowl and then do equipment in it. After being in the business I will tell you that you will get sticker shock when trying to buy a commercial sink.

You can get a sink from a restaurant supply shop if you do some shopping around. We picked up an old SS 3 bay sink for a good price and it was big enough that each bay could easily hold a 6 USG carboy and have plenty of room to spare to move it around.
It made life quite easy on brew day when you have one sink with water for rinsing, another for cleaning and the last for sani and you can just drop whatever you need in to the proper sink and move on to the next little project.

You can pick them up used. If you are going to do this approach though i have a suggestion. I know of used dealers that would charge as much as new for equipment with people that did not know better. So go to a new equipment dealer first and get a price. Tell them you are replacing a sink or opening a business so as to get a better price. This way when a used dealer quotes you a price, you will know if it is in line or not.
I would agree with brewmonkey about buying a three bay one if you are going to do this. The three bays make things much easier.
