As my pale ale chugs along happily in the primary, I am already thinking about my next batch. Today, I bought a 6 pack of Belhaven Scottish Ale. Oh my God, what a scrumptious brew! Is that some peat smoked malt I taste in there? I want to make a similarly malty brew like that. If anyone has a really good all-grain Scottish Ale recipe, please share. I would like to make the ABV in it at @ 6.5 to 7%. Thanks!
