well we tasted the bigfoot today and while shopping my girlfriend suggested flank steak, so i figured i'd put the two together.
used this recipe (http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe_views/views/363?epiSearchPage=http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/find/results?threshold=5800&pageSize=10&resultOffset=11&sort=0&search=flank+steak) (changing the wine for bigfoot, plus a TBS) and made up some mashed potatoes and broccoli.
basically it was a good pairing but next time i'll up the amount of bigfoot to probably half a bottle or so, marinade it longer and cook it in the broiler a bit longer than i did (closer to 4.5 minutes a side). something worth trying tho. the beefy flavor of the steak goes nicely with the bigfoot.
