How many tsp. make 1 oz. of hops?

unfortunately there are too many variables to convert ounces to tsps. the best you can do is eyeball based on the total package weight.

I would just use a best guess, it's not that big of a deal.
You should have a pretty decent idea how much an ounce is if you use kits.
