We have 10 gallons of beer with low to no carbonation. So we just took three gallons and rebottled them with some champagne yeast. Are we going to to have a problem? :confused:

...as long as sanitation procedures were followed, you should be fine. Did you dump all of it into a bucket, or just repitch a bit of yeast? Oxygenation could be a concern.

I just rebottled three out of the 10 gallons. I wanted to test it out first. None of the bottles have blown up yet.
