Hello,
I put my 1.050 porter into my keg for secondary. I purged o2 with CO2. I held 10 psi for 3 days to seal the large o-ring.
Should I turn off gas for the 4-6 weeks of secondary I planned on or keep gas turned on the entire time at the rate I need for 2 volumes Co2?
By the way, I also dry hopped with 3 oz. Kent Goldings.
