What is your favorite Brooklyn Beer? I am in NYC on business for a week and half-enjoyed Brooklyn Brown and Brooklyn Lager-the Brown is the one like the most-can not try the wheat-not a fan of most wheats.

Next stop Heartland Brewing.

A frosted mug is for rookies

i was at heartland last fall. they had probably the best pumpkin brew i've ever had; it was like drinking a pumpkin pie!

i also think that this fall i'm going to try brewing my first pumpkin ale.. i'm feeling adventurous!

Always enjoyed their Ofest, though it's not available now. And you just can't beat their Black Chocolate Stout. Good Imperial Stout that is usually pretty cheap and with its high ABV, keeps well.

Cheers!

I enjoy the Black Chocolate Stout and their East India Pale Ale. One beer critic said the pale ale was good for an afternoon of shooting elephants. Can't argue with that thought.

Brooklyn has a lot of great beers. I went there when they first opened and they really took care of us. I have been a loyal customer ever since. The Black Chocolate Stout is great in the winter. Drink it at cellar temp. It the summer, I like the Blanch de Brooklyn. It's draught only. If you are in NYC, try it at The Blind Tiger or Gingerman.

Best Brooklyn Beer is the Monster Barley Wine-- but drink it sitting down!
