It would be sweet to have a setup like that, but then I would probably never leave the house!

that is a nice one!
not bad...would like more info on his mash controller...i suppose a temp probe is involved, but there's got to be more.
also, i didn't see how the brew pot was heated...i would assume some kind of gas burner underneath, but then the casters wouldn't move.
very nice setup. i liked his mini-bar, too...yeah, mini-bar...20 gallons of beer on four taps...now THAT'S a mini-bar :)

there is a 'how i did it link' or a 'pics of me building it' link that shows you the basic design and what not. heating elements are electrical.
anyways, looks impressive as all get out.
ah, missed that...guess i was too busy clicking on the pictures and drooling over his setup. pretty sweet.

The guy is winning medals for his beer, so he must be doing something right. But how do you clean those things? I find I use alot of water, sanitizer, and make a little bit of a mess. I guess he wheels it into the kitchen for the water. Still a nice set up.
I don't have a basement so I lug everything out as I need, to brew. What a pain. If I had a basement I'd have a room with a vent, stove, propane, mini kitchen setup for cleaning up and prepping, storage area for fermenting wort. Freezer on one side of wall with taps on the other side to a bar area. It's my dream!
...with stainless steel conical fermenters and on the other side of the wall a full bar with taps, mirror, stools, and a pool table...
similar dream

Yeah, I can see it now! The machine behind the bar that makes all that beer! Sort of like an engine under the hood of a car!
