Can anyone help me with the caloric count of Dortmunder Gold and Burning River (12 oz.)?

Well, a web search turned up nothing, but I'd imagine it's going to be in the 150-160 range. If I were you I'd try emailing the brewery and see if they've ever calculated the calorie/carb content.

I e-mailed Great Lakes last week but have yet to receive a reply. Somebody told me a while back that the count was high - around 216 calories for 12 oz. of the Dortmunder - but that seems a stretch to me.

Keep us posted. It is always interesting to see how responsive brewers are to questions. Great Lakes is in the top tier of nationally recognized brewerys. I would think they would be very responsive.

Are you just curious, or are you counting calories like mad and want to know just how many of the Dorts you can down in an evening? :D

The latter. I'm addicted to the stuff.

I'm more concerned with the fibre content.
Screw the calories! You'll get a an ulcer and high blood pressure worrying about whether Dort has 198 or 216.
Drink up.

Screw counting anything that is in the beer other then the quality ingredients that make it so damn good! Leave the calorie, carb, fiber and whatever else your counting BS at the threshold and quaff away.
If it ws really that bad you would see nothing but fat assed brewers working in those places and I can tell you that 1. I am nowhere near fat (never was) & 2. I can think of maybe 3 guys I know who were fat and brewing and they were like that before they got the job!
