I noticed some advice that was given about a month earlier on carbonating Belgain beer in the bottle. It was to keep the bottles at 70 degrees for about three weeks after you bottle. I never did that and have no carbonation. Its been about three weeks since I bottled. If I bring the the bottles back to 70 degrees do I have a chance?

Did you re-pitch yeast or add priming sugar before you bottled? Tell us your whole procedure so we can better help you figure out what to do.

Probably, but no guarantees. How cold were they?

When it was time to bottle I used 1/2 cup of corn sugar, 1/3 white rock candi, boiled in water for about 10 minutes. The bottled beer was then put in a closet that was at approx. 65 to 67 degrees. I never re-pitched yeast which I am guessing is putting some of the yeast we used in each bottle.

65-67 is too cool. You should try to get them up to 70.
On top of your fridge works if you can do it. (Heat rises off the back.)
