Grog

Sorry to be so needy, one day I will be a keg master, but for now...
I keep my new beer fridge (I love the sound of that!) at 43°F for serving. I want to transfer some of the brew into bottles for distribution to friends, and know that I have to lower the temp to 30°-ish. I have the CO2 currently set at 15 psi for 2.5 volumes @ 43°.
What happens when I lower the temp? Or more specifically, how do I lower the temp and maintain correct carbonation?
Thanks for the assistance, I hate being a newbie:rolleyes:!
