Pyramid HefeWeizen All Grain Clone

I am specifically looking for an all grain Clone of Pyramid Hefeweizen. Any help would be appreciated!

I too have been looking for a Pyramid Hefe clone....since last year...and have been unsuccessful, so I'll be checking this post as well. However I did find this recipe last year that someone said was close to Pyramid. And it is. It's the Widmer Hefeweizen Clone.

In fact, as I write this I just added the Cascade hops to the wort. I've made this once before and it tastes outstanding. My wife loves it...which is great since Pyramid Hefe is her favorite...probably because of the many days we spent at the restaurant/brewery prior the watching the 'Stros in Seattle last year. Anyway...I'd recommend this if you can't find one.

I use White Labs WPL 320 American Hefeweizen Yeast....as it give the flavor more typical of NW Hefes.....great beer. Good luck.
