It is a great site with lots of good information about Belgium Beers. But i had to go to babelfish to translate it.

I enjoyed a one week visit to Belgium about 5 years ago. I had been brewing my own beer for 6 years but was losing interest until I visited Belgium. Since that trip I've been brewing at least once a month, and have been formulating my own recipes, many of which I based on Belgian beers I drank over there. One beer I especially like was in Brugge, froom the Haalf Maan Brewery called the "Strasse Henri" Is there anyway to get information about this beer. I made a batch of my version of it last month and have just started to drink it, always in moderation because of its strength.

You're surely talking about the Brugse Straffe Hendrik. They exist in blond and dark.
"Straffe (straf)" means hard in Dutch.
"Halve Maan" means half loon. By the way you can see a half loon on the label.
As for "Hendrik", it refers to the the previous owner of the brewery in the old days.
There are the labels:

Polux, try "half Moon" for a change. A loony is something else...

Glad to see you again! ;)
