I am in the middle of drinking 3 new homebrews. The first is a trappist with way too much alchohol (went from 1065 to 1009) and is just about gone, the second is a tripple and it tastes like orange peel still after 2 months in the bottle...altho cold conditioning has helped quite a bit...the third is a brown that tastes like Moose Drool (TM) yummmmmmmmmmmy!!! Just thought I'd drop a line and say hello. Getting my first kegging system with my tax return too!!!:cool: Talk to ya'll later!
