popet and lube

I've notice the qd are getting to be a real pain in the neck to get off the popets. Should I lube them with cooking spray until I get some keg lube?
Also on the in popet on my second keg I went to disconect and co2 came out of the popet is it from being sticky and needs to be clean or possibly a new spring?

I wouldn't use ANY oil on the poppet/ posts... I'd just spritz with some sanitizer until I could get lube!

disassemble and clean. :)

Like has been said - I wouldn't use oil - a head killer.

Disassemble and clean then use food grade silicone as a lubricant.

to add to the above, disassemble your QD, too. Keg lube would also work for them...
