Biere De Mars clone

First off, does anyone have or seen a recipe for a clone of New Belgium's Biere De Mars? I really enjoy this beer when it comes out this time of year.

Secondly, how difficult would it be for a basically extract w/ specialty grains brewer to do up a beer of this type? I don't have lagering capabilities and am just wondering if its beyond my brewing capabilities at the moment.

I may just proceed with trying to come up w/ a clone recipe of my own even if I can't brew it. Thankx for any insights.

that is a good beer. i don't know how they got it so orangie....

too much citris will sour your beer.
