Nice, Chaz! I'm hopefully going to Vegas in March, and I will definitely make it to the Hofbrauhaus. Looks pretty similar to the original. For the most part. Have a good time!

Thanks! I've been to the real one in Munchen several times myself. And hope to be there again soon. I promised my son to take him to Germany this year as part of his graduation and 18th B-day presents. The one place I know we will go is Bamberg. We have relatives in Berlin and the North but I am inclined to stay in Franconia and Bavaria.
