OK -- Ive been expirementing with priming sugars and PAs.

Of the last 3 IPAs I've bottled:

1 with DME primer

1 with DME and cane sugar primer (powdered sugar)

1 with corn sugar primer

The 2 with DME primer had more sediment than the 1 with only corn sugar. The corn sugar IPA was clear and an fine example of the style. Anyone else have this issue?

I think I will stick to corn sugar from now on!

I like using DME. I find the beer to taste better and have more body.

This is one of those areas that seems to be in the way you like it catergory.

I still am intent on trying DME for priming again, after abandoning it for awhile. I have a bit of corn sugar left to use up, but when it's gone, I'll try DME for a change for a couple batches.
