Drink to much

I am wondering if it matters what temperature that I store and serve my beer. I have a refrigerator and keg setup and presently keep my beer at 31' as my preference is colder the better. Does taste improve on some beers at different temperatures? I make all styles of beer and usually keep them at the same temperature.
Thanks

Yes, temperature has a big effect on the flavor of beer. The warmer the temp. the more flavors come out. Really cold beer can numb your taste buds and not let you fully enjoy all of the flavors in the beer. On the other hand, if you like it really cold, that's ok, too.

I have a couple of beers that I drink at different temps depending on the taste I am looking for. Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout comes to mind. If I want the sweeter taste, I drink it silghtly chilled. If I am in the mood for the more roasted nut like flavor, I drink it warmer.

As Stodbrew said, drink them they way you like them.

I keep my kegerator at 32 +or- 2*F. I love the way the flavors change as the pint warms up.

Cheers! Rocket

I keep mine closer to 40°F or my pint doesn't have time to warm up! :D
