He doesnt' need eyes to do a tasting! In fact, since his eyes are "down", shouldn't his taste be elevated now?

I have heard that before. That when you do not have one sense sometimes the other senses can be heightened. This does not mean that you should go poking your eyes out though.

We really do need to get another tasting scheduled. Although we may have to do without a few folks. Trying to schedule anything this time of year until after new years is always difficult.
