sam adams triple bock dating

I just bought 6 sam triple bocks, and can't tell what year they are. I know they have to be 94, 95, or 97. There's raised lettering on the bottle, and it says 95 in one place and 97 in another, but I don't know if either refers to the year it was released. Can I tell by the color of the wrapping around the cork? Can anyone help me with this?

If it doesn't clearly state the year brewed, it sounds like the '97.

Interesting question. I have a case each of the 94 and 95 in my cellar. I've never checked for labeling dates or differences.
