MapRoom in Chicago?

I am coming to Chicago thursday for the Beastie Boys show. I am staying with a buddy who lives close to downtown. We were thinking about going to the maproom for a couple beers. Here is the problem. One of my friends is going to have his 18 year old brother with him (not my idea). Is the map room 21 and over? I ask because it appears to be a coffee shop too.
