try the "edit options" option on your user c.p. (user control panel?) As a matter of fact, I managed to figure this out for myself last night.

P-Train, the hardest part is getting your pic down to size (70x70 pixels) before uploading it. Any of your standard picture software programs should be able to handle that. Go on, put something up!

And what is a P-Train, anyway? Sounds like the time Paraliment Funkadelic was the guest band on Soul Train once upon a time... :D
