BA Belgian Beer Fest

Any Boston/New England area people heading to this? Those from afar are invited, too, of course. The beer list looks un-friggin'-real! I know I'll see plenty of beer geeks I know from BA, but it's always nice to meet some new ones. If not, take a look at the list and be jealous :p hehehe

It sure looks good. Only problem is that it is the same weekend as the Maine Brewers Festival in portland that I am thinking about attending.

Good name for a beer, huh? (Of course, "Steve" would be better;) )

Chuck is one of their OTOP (OneTimeOnePlace) beers, and it won't be available in bottles. You can always count on Heavyweight to bring unique offerings to a fest.

Actually, I have some sixpack holders and a small metal beer crate from a brewery near Green Bay that are for "Chuck's Beer". I picked them up on a 1997 Christmas trip to visit Family. I wonder if the brewery is still there. I forgotten the name but I did hit 3 or 4 on that brief trip. I know Titletown was one and Hereford and Hops in Escanaba was another. I'll have to look back and see. This is from one very near Green Bay and I remember visiting two or three in the Green Bay vicinity that day. I'll pull out the sixpack holder.
