This brew pub in So. Orange is one of my favorites. They usually have around 6-9 taps of there own beer and 1 cask conditoned that changes every thursday. I'm a huge fan of there Perfect Stout. The Bison Brown Ale is also very tasty. The food is also top notch, espesially The Hob Gobbler (turkey, swiss, raspberry stuffing on toasted sourdough bread).
