The first pic is a 3-gallon corny keg

Second is two regulators so you can set different serving pressures for two kegs/sets of kegs.

Third is a cold plate (looks like 4 separate channels) to chill the beer for dispensing at faires, etc.

looks as if it was probably used for pre mix soda. a jockey box is a real sucky way of dispensing beer. well at least if you use a cold plate. after one or two cups the beer is warm. the cold plate isn't really meant to make the soda cold and refreshing it's only to help keep that nice fizz that soda should have. otherwise it would come out flat as an old tire. no matter how much co2 you pump into it.
