I have about 7# of amber DME left over from last years brewing and a few bags of crystal 60-120L.
Does anyone have any suggestions or reipes that I could burn this up with. Id also like to burn up my leftover hops as well I have Columbus Willamette Amarillo and Chinook.
Im half tempted to dump it all in the full boil pot and see what happens..lol (scares me) any ideas for maybe a Irish red or something?

I hope it turns out well for you...actually the gravity is high enough it could take(if it's more to your taste) another .5 lb of crystal, IMO.
I've have really been enjoying amarillo as an aroma hop lately.
