I'll be drinkin' some home brew - I have an American Style Red Ale that's ready to go!

IPA, Stout, Strong Amber and Porter. All home brews. Guiness, Mirror Pond Pale and Saxxer Jack Frost from the store. I don't have the $$ to go buy ingredients to brew this week so I will just drink.

well i can't brew my own but i bought an old numbskull and some chimay ( white & blue ) also la trappe quadrupple. oh and a six pack of bridgeport i.p.a. . the chimay white and the old numbskull are going to sleep for a year or so everything else gets drank this weekend!:D

s.f.b. i haven't tried ther mirror pond yet..... how do you rate it?? on a scale from 1 to 10 ?

The Mirror Pond is a nice brew. Slightly hoppy and light with plenty of flavor. It makes a nice switch from the heavier stuff I like.

Okay, who actually DID what they "voted" that they were going to do this weekend?

We tossed quite a few on Friday, but had to get up early to go to work on Saturday..that sucked.

We were drinking some Uinta Brewing Co. Pale Ale, homemade Irish Red Ale, and we sampled a couple of our Dubbels...mmmmm.

Saturday evening I brewed up another Black&Tan, got to keep that going it's too good to run out of, and I bottled a Sam Adams clone.

Sunday I brewed up an Imperial Stout with the intent of making a Cherry stout at bottling time, and I bottled an Amber Ale.

I bought some Amber Ale (from a local brew pub that just opened) - Fentons - and did plenty of drinking my own Red ale on Friday -

So I stuck to my vote!
