I bought a 10cf chest freezer for cheap ($50), it has a 1"x2" gash in the side that does not go all the way into the freezer, it only penetrates the outer layer. Should I fill this hole or cover it? With what? Everything seems to operate fine.

If it's just insulation that has been damaged, you ought to be just fine. Cover it with some duct tape (or maybe fill the hole with Great Stuff - that spray foam that you get at the hardware store).
Where in Ft. Collins? Me too! :D

I know it well... my guitar player lives in the same complex. Beaver here is also from this town; lives on the SE side. Your favorite CO beer, please... :D

i can't say that I have a particular favorite CO beer. I really liked La Folie. But who wants to pay 18 dollars a bottle for it? Coopersmiths recently had a bourbon porter I thought was great. But a favorite......no.

I've been a 90 Shilling freak for well over 10 years now... I've made it plain to all on this board, and elsewhere, how disappointed I am in the beer drinking community in this town that they've gone ga-ga over Flat Tire and overlooked such a wonderful specimen such as the 90. Oh well... there's no accounting for taste...
So where'd you get your freezer? Know anyone who has a 3 cu.ft. fridge to get rid of?

People's obsession over New Belgium is way overrated, most of their beers are average at best. My latest favorite beer in general has been Old Stock Ale 2003. Good stuff, but I can't drink more than two most nights.
The freezer was from my work. We don't carry a 3cf but I have a 7cf there.
