Please, Help needed

I am trying to find out the Bitterness and Colour of several Belgium beers, and so far have not had much luck. Does anyone know if there is a list containing these, or if not how I would go about obtaining them?

Are you refering to imports? If you're a homebrewer, and can come up with some clone recipes for these beers, the easiest way would be to load these recipes onto the software such as Promash and let it formulate the values for you. There's a 02 or 03 issue of Brew Your On that has an article on the color of beer. I believe thier web site is www.byo.com (http://www.byo.com) . It's a great magazine.They should be paying me for this plug:D
