Admins - Why do I get logged out?

Hello~

When browsing the boards, despite having logged in, I often attempt to respond to a post and am required to login again. It seems I need to "re-login" each time I try to reply or start a new thread, though I haven't ever logged out.

Any suggestions?

Most logins on forums are tracked by using cookies(a bit of information that is sent from the web server to your browser that is transmitted back to the server when a connection is made). Make sure that your Internet Explorer settings allow cookies to be stored.

...unless I actually log out, the forum knows me whenever I show up.
I believe Fast_Eddy is on the right track, make sure your browser is cookie-enabled.

Go to USER CP then go to EDIT OPTIONS and make sure that the "Automatically login when you return to the site? (uses cookies)" is marked "yes."

As Eddy pointed out also check your broweser settings for cookies.
