I'm spending a week on the Outer Banks next week. I know about the Weeping Radish -- I plan on spending some time in their Corolla satellite location, since I'm staying near Corolla.

Anything else worth checking out?

I liked OBBS. I was there 2 years ago. The beers were decent. It's a bit upscale/pricey, but the food was excellent. It's right near the Wright Brothers Monument, so you can tie it into a visit to Kitty Hawk. After climbing the hill/dune to visit the monument, I was ready for a cold one!

I never had the Mash House beer (I think it's the only one they bottle), but the Highlands stuff is IMO, the best in the state. 6% cap be damned!

The drive thru beer stores were a pretty weird concept, too. But they didn't have much of a micro selection when I was there.
