I see it has made some threads before but has anyone had Founders beers and make suggestions about what they produce. i have a gent on a different bb commuinty, goalies, who woyuld like to trade some Founders for some beers he can't get . Is it worth while?

"Dirty Bastard" Scotch Style ale...This isn't a real traditional Scottish ale in that it doesn't have any smokiness, but if you like Three Floyds Robert the Bruce, it is along those lines...maybe even a bit sweeter. It is definately a very malty brew; I like it, it might be worth a try.
BTW - The labeling and caption on the bottle are almost worth the price of admission alone.

Massachusetts (a bordering state to RI) just picked up some Founders beers - Centennial IPA, Dirty Bastard, Pale Ale, etc. I'm real interested in the Centennial - can't say I've ever had a Michigan brew, except for a few pints at Arbor Brewing Co. after a UM-ND game.
