Welcome to the board!
Have you tried ebay?
I see them listed often, and most of the listings for them are from sellers in the UK. I just did a quick search and there weren't any straight-up guiness labelled ones, but there are always new listings added.
Good luck!

Try:
www.johnsgrocery.com
www.beerglasshopper.com
or www.pintshop.com
maybe even www.beercollections.com
Though it wouldn't surprise me if there aren't any half-pints with Guinness labels. I mean, why? ;)

Here are some ebay.uk auctions with some items of interest. Not sure what shipping would be but it's worth a shot:

And if you just want plain ol' half-pints:

Cheers!

I've been to many pubs in England and Ireland (including the one at the top of the Guinness storehouse in Dublin) and have never seen a Guinness-branded half pint glass. That's not to say that they definitely don't exist, though (I only occasionally ask for a half of Guinness).
(EDIT): I have just seen a Guinness half-pint goblet on beerglasshopper.com. An unconventional half-pint glass, but at least it exists.

I was told that asking for a glass of G in Ireland would garner a half-pint glass, whereas if you just asked for a G you would receive the full thing.
Does anyone know why? Or know how this started?

Can't answer the question. Always just said, "Guinness please." And they handed me a bucket. :)
We have some Irish members out there...
