My first attempt at dry-hopping hasn’t exactly worked out like I had planned. Per the recipe, I added 1 oz of hops into the secondary, but I used hop pellets without a tea bag; I just chucked them into the carboy. I thought I did a pretty good job keeping the residue in the carboy when I transferred it into the keg, but after 8 weeks my beer is still really cloudy and green. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can filter this beer? I was thinking of either a filter between the keg and tap, or transferring the beer into another keg via a filter; unfortunately I can’t find a filter that will do the job. The beer tastes great, it just looks like dishwater. Thanks!

did you want to spend money? filter systems can be had for around 100-150.
Personally, I would just drink dirty beer. :)

Filtering could help but it could be slow and painful going. The pads can become clogged and you will have to stop and change them which is a PITA.
Filtering between keg and tap is impractical. The pads are not 100% enclosed in the filter housing and will become infected if left for a period of time.
If you do filter it should done between the brite tank and serving tank for best results. You should also know that if you do go the filter route you need to get the beer AT OR BELOW serving temp for the filter to be effective.
I would go for some gelatin first and then rack after several days. It will not get everything out but it would help should you decide that filtering is the way to go.
If the last resort is the filter I would suggest going for a 2.5micron or bigger pad.
