I find myself using Crystal hops in my house beer, and substituting it for cascade in other recipes. To me the best aroma and flavour hop available.

It depends on what kind of mood I'm in. If I had to pick one it'd be Hallertau.

Again, it would have to depend on what mood I am in and which variety of beer I am making. I tend to use the noble hops a lot and really enjoy beers that have been dry-hopped with either Saaz or Perle. Any favorite nice, hoppy recipes that you would like to share?

I LIKE CASCADE AND COLUMBUS. COLUMBUS HAS ALLOT OF FLAVOR AND AROMA FOR A HIGH ALPHA HOP. MAKES A GOOD AMERICAN IPA. ( ADD JUST A HAIR OF OAK CHIPS) YUMMMMM!

I use Goldings for ales and Saaz for lagers. I sometimes use Saaz for ales ( aroma). I have to go easy though. But, Cascade is one hop that I do not like. I know it is a very popular hop, but I just hate it. I usually only make English style beers so I guess that is why.
