WYeast 1056 Amercan Ale/Chico

Mashed at 152 F for 90 minutes with 5-10 lbs of roasted Pumpkin. Added some pumpkin spices to boil and then again when kegging. This resembled closely Dogfish's Pumpkin. While I created the recipe on my own and did not intend that to happen, the final result is not a bad thing. I think I would cut down, if not eliminate, the chocolate malt though...I dunno I just might keep it still;) Love the Pumkin Ale!
