I've got bubbles! After all the brewing and the racking and the waiting and the bottling and the more waiting my first batch is fully carbonated and it tastes pretty damn good if I do say so myself. Now I just need to increase my production volume so that I'll always have some homebrews on hand.:D

Yep....there is nothing like your first carbonated bottle of Beer. It's like your first Black and white print coming alive in the Developer. Now, really do yourself a favor. Take 10 bottles and put them in a black/cool space....forget they exist for 2 months (Halloween)....then chill for two days and pour...It will blow your mind..You will have discovered the secret of beer...patience.
