yeah man! i picked up a case (of the yulesmith) last night , it was hard to get cuz they only made 1776 bottles, thats only 148 cases! one guy was only selling 1 per customer!
and i don't think the 90 minute cellars very well, i have 1 750ml bottle that may be past it's prime?
and thnx chaz! i'm excited about getting some fresh bottles on a regular basis!

Break out that 750 and waste no time, then! I bet you'll be very surprised.
Thanks, chaz! You know, now that I've given up trying to keep up with you, my blood pressure has gone back down to where I don't have to take my medication.... ;) (JK.)

Well being a figurehead has its advantages. It allows me to play online all day. And beer is an obsession with me. My posting is just habit now. I really enjoy all of you fine people on this board.

They stopped bottle conditioning when they went to 12oz bottles.

welcome back batkins! where ya been?
so if the 750ml are bottle condition then it stands to reason that you could cellar one , buuuuuutttttt would it do it any justice?

Depends... how old is it? Have you kept it in pristine cellaring condition? Can you see yeast on the bottom (yeah, right)? Give it a shot, man! :D

Thanks.
I've always been here..........just lurking in the shadows.
My last one, I hung onto for about a year. Seemed fine when I drank it................but that was last Oct. or Nov.
You could always sit down and do a comparison of that new Yulesmith and the older 90 Minute. How can you lose with that?
Cheers,
Bill

not exactly sure how old it is a friend out east had it in his cellar and shot 2 over to me. i drank one and still have one. although i am inclined to say that ipas should really not be aged for too long (imo) it kinda kills the floralness of the hops..imo
