Help! I saw a great project at a web site that I swore I would remember and damn if I didn't have one of my increasingly common senior moments and forget where I left it!
It was for a wooden bottle dryer and case combination primarily meant to be used during bottling. Great pictures and easy to follow instructions. As I remember it the case could be knocked down when it was not needed and had a way to double as a bottle dryer.
Any help in finding the site again beerily acknowledged!

I think I vaguely remember what you're talking about, but I can't find any links for you....
best I can do is show you what I use for bottle drying, took me all of 15 minutes to make, sits over the back of my downstairs sink and works great... http://www.boomspeed.com/danno/bottledryer.jpg

thats pretty clever, looks like it would be real easy to make several of them and just stack them.
I just bought a 90 bottle tree with the injector it really makes bottling way more enjoyable.

Pretty handy. I actually use a 3 ft. piece of shelving lumber with 24 holes cut into it. Close but I am still looking for the breakdown wooden beer case.

my very low tech system involves lining the bottoms of the bottle cases with paper towels and inverting the bottles to drain after i squirt them with the sanitizer.
it seems to be the quickest solution - i would fill a case at a time - cap them, close the box and grab the next case. very easy to carry around the bottles too.
