Sulfite Crystals

This is a santizer, correct? It's been awhile since I have done this. In using Sulfite Crystals, do I have to rinse afterwards?

They are generally used in wine making, not beer. I would steer clear of them for beer as well as any sani agent that requires a rinse.

What would you recommend in a no rinse sani?

Star-San or Sani-Clean from 5-Star chemicals. They are both available from www.morebeer.com and may be also from your LHBS. Star-San would be the first choice for homebrewing and then the Sani-Clean.
