Beer Walk

Saddleworth is where I was "born and bred". Every year they have a Beer walk for charity. It is 8 - 10 miles along country lanes, stopping at 10 (or more) pubs, and having a beer in each. It is usually done in fancy dress. So we locals would often find lost and confused clowns, puking pantomime horses etc. etc. in the roads. In other words it was great fun. I'm pleased to see that the tradition is still going strong and that they are now web enabled:

Looks very fun and your local looks like a great place to hoist a few. I wish I was over there and I would definitely attempt this walk.
