najas in redondo beach, anyone check this place out yet?
i was there this weekend. 777 differnt beers is what they claim. didn't look like that many to me but they had plenty of taps. i had an alesmith brown ale , was quite good. my wife had an oaked aged smoked porter on cask! she said it was wonderful. we only had time for one beer each. it's right on the international board walk, not a very big place but they had a lot of big beers! and get this , they had sawyers triple, but they wouldn't let me take one home i had to drink it there...bummer, so i went with out.
a great place none the less

That's my second home. Too bad I didn't know you were going. The owner's a great guy and he has a very nice selection. There never was 777 beers. The original owner just wanted to have a nice number to go with the 77 taps. There are 80 taps now. My intentions are to celebrate my b-day there by bringing in a keg of Frank's Double IPA and having him put it on tap. I will keep ya posted.

Oh, about the Sawyers, I'm sure that Jason plans on saving some for a few years. I know that isn't the perfect scenario but it is a way. I will let ya know about the Franks.:)
