On his last report from the Reef, he told us that the proprietor wasn't going to be getting any more casks in until the Summer was over - they just wouldn't hold up, especially those from the U.K.

I heard from my local beer bar that they wouldn't get any U.K. casks until Fall as well.

It's sad but true. I'll have to drink some other kind of beer for the time being.

Some friends and I are going to do a summer beer tasting (Weizens and Pilseners) I'll report on that.
